Elcee, the Chief Content Officer at Street Toolz, is a media and information specialist, with competences in writing, editing, public relations, journalism, online publishing and marketing communications spanning over 14 years, now a full-time Content Marketing Instructor in Nigeria. A writer with exceptional penchant for details, he has served as Sub-Editor/Researcher, Line-Editor, Editor and Consultant Editor for a number of media platforms, including M2 Magazine, which he ran as the Editor and Bizwatchnigeria.com, which he started off and ran as COO/Editor-In-Chief for two years. He has also served as Group Head, Media Services at Mediacraft Associates, a frontline Nigerian PR Agency. Teaching and counseling being second nature to him, he has been involved with the promotion of workplace productivity, responsible sexual behaviour and family values, speaking in several seminars and workshops that border on productivity, sexuality and personal success. A music enthusiast, Elcee has two music albums to his credit. He holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
