Obtain a Certificate in Strategy and Planning. Learn how to effectively achieve organisation’s overall business and brand-building objectives through the development and execution of an effective online marketing strategy and planning.
Digital marketing strategy is the series of actions that are going to be executed for an organization to achieve its business and brand building goals using digital mediums like website, social media platforms, video, podcasts, blogs etc.
The Strategy and Planning course teaches the skills needed to craft a formal digital marketing plan for an organization, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a digital marketing agency or external contractors when required, and develop a comprehensive approach that will facilitate the implementation of a successful digital marketing strategy. The course will focus on the following three-way step of digital strategy and planning:
Step 1 Situation analysis exercise of an organization’s current digital marketing practice, a formal information gathering process, and
Step 2 The development of a set of elaborate and purposeful objectives for the digital marketing plan. An action plan is put in place to provide an iterative project structure, including milestones, deliverables and resources.
Step 3 Underlines the importance of an iterative process of monitoring, analysis and improvements based on the results of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
